Ans: You will be prompted to upgrade the app. Please do follow the prompts to always keep upgraded version of the app.
- I stay in network shadow zone. How will the app be helpful for me ?
The app will capture information and store in local database. Afterwards, when it gets connected to any network, the information will be uploaded to our server.
- I am an eBlock Manager and I have been tagged with more than one block. How can I access my account?
At present you have to use different mobile numbers and email addresses to access each block under your control.
- I am a Rojgar Sevak and I am attached to different panchayats.
Please contact us. Please provide your name, registered mobile number, designation and names of panchayats your are attached with. We will tag you to different panchayats from our system in due course.
- Your system says i am outside geo-fencing area but actually I am at my office.
